Revenge 3×14 “Payback” Recap

Spoilers Ahead

Revenge is back and in full force! With its premiere on Sunday and at a new time we may add, the characters were definitely in for a little bit of a showdown with one another.

Patrick killed his biological father whom coincidentally raped Victoria. However, we’re not sure if  his boyish charms and good looks will be able to help keep this incident on the down low.

Emily, still suffering from those horrible blackouts, finds herself in a hole a bit deeper than she could handle. She tries to woo Aidan but fails to do so, and at the same time she rescues her former fiancé from Niko who was ready to kill Emily in order to “teach” Aidan a lesson for killing her father.

Then Nolan pointed out the inevitable that definitely did make us shiver. He suggested that Emily’s blackouts might be from the accident and that she might be going crazy just like her mother! Eeeeek!

Over at the lovely -ha yeah right…that is the least of what this family is- Grayson household, we finally meet Conrad’s first wife, Stevie (Gail O’Grady). We learn that the house Conrad bought with Victoria isn’t really Victoria’s and that it actually belongs to Stevie. Shocker! Since she does own the house legally, she does what we’re sure she’s been wanting to do for a while …kicks out Victoria to the curb. Literally.

But wait, there’s more! The biggest shocker of the night was Stevie revealing that she’s Jack’s mother.

Secrets and secrets that’s all there is on this show. What do we trust and who do we trust? Ultimately, we can’t have Emily going crazy because she’s one of the few who are actually normal. Next thing you know, Nolan is Emily’s long lost brother. The thought of Jack being related to anyone associated with the Grayson’s is ghastly, but maybe just maybe, this will set a few things in motion in an interesting way.

And you thought it couldn’t get better right? What are your thoughts on this week’s episode?
